Hi! I'm Mohammed Hamed Ahmed Soliman and I write for lean transformation, leadership development, cultural change, management psychology, and the use of the improvement techniques to achieve excellence in various business operations and sectors. I'm a lecturer at the American University in Cairo, and an author of several published papers in peer reviewed academic journals and magazine. My writing appears in Lean Thinking, Industrial Management, and Industrial Engineer.

Professional Trainer: I teach organizations how to develop new routine of thinking and acting and form new habits in order for the culture of improvement to be embedded with all employees and throughout the organization.

I provide different ways of training: classrooms, workshops, kaizen, A3 training, and real problems solving.

Consultant: I do consultations to various businesses to improve performance and increase profitability.

For most of my career, I have worked as a regular employee for various industrial sectors include crystal-glass making, fertilizers, and chemicals, while educating people the culture of continuous improvement.

As an operational excellence expert, I have a proven track record of achieving high levels of operational excellence to a broad range of business operations & industrial processes.

I have led several improvement projects for the last few years. We saved millions.

I received most of my education from The American University in Cairo. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and a Master degree of Quality Management. I hold numerous certificates in management, quality, productivity and cost engineering.
